Shop account or protection portal?

Two clearly separate areas

The shop account and protection portal account are not the same.

1 · Shopping

TierDa shop account

tierda.shop

You need this account to order and to view orders, invoices and delivery status.

2 · Managing profiles

TierDa protection portal account

tierda.me

You need this separate account for dog and animal profiles, finder details, tag activation and emergency profiles.

Important: your shop login does not automatically work in the protection portal. You may use the same email address, but you must create a separate login there.
