For everyday life

Your emergency message. Always with you.

The printed PVC card stays in your wallet. The front alerts helpers to pets at home; NFC and the QR code on the back open your shared emergency details. Same function and quantity pricing as the emergency keyring.

Three calm steps

One small card. A clear plan for home.

Not loud, not complicated. Just a notice for the moments when you cannot give it yourself.

01 · In your wallet

Always with you

Carry the PVC emergency card in your wallet’s card slot. Its printed message alerts helpers to pets at home.

02 · NFC & QR code

One scan is enough

Tap via NFC or scan the QR code with a phone camera. Helpers see only the emergency details you choose to share – no TierDa app needed.

03 · Care

Connecting people

Your shared emergency contact can be informed and arrange care for your pets.

Your choice

Your emergency details remain your emergency details.

Private by default

Address, contact details and access notes are not published automatically.

Share individually

You choose for every detail whether it may be visible after a scan.

Activate securely

Connect the TAG to your portal account by scanning it. A secret one-time code can be used as an alternative activation method.

No secret codes

Door, key and alarm codes never belong in an emergency profile.

No existing animal profile needed.

Dogs, cats and other pets can be added to the personal emergency profile. The card has the same emergency function as the keyring and complements animal-profile tags for pets out and about.

Quick answers

Questions before it matters.

Clearly explained, so that you can decide calmly.

Can I pass a TAG on to someone else?+

Yes. Remove the TAG from your account in the TierDa protection portal tierda.me. First unlink an animal TAG from its animal profile; an emergency keyring or card can be removed directly in section 3. You receive a new activation code, which you can copy or print and pass on together with the TAG. The old code is then invalid. Your profiles stay stored in your account and are not transferred. The new connection is private initially.

How does the card differ from the emergency keyring?+

Only its shape and how you carry it: the printed PVC card is credit-card sized and belongs in your wallet. The round tag attaches to keys or a bag. Both open the personal emergency profile via NFC or QR code.

How much does the emergency card cost?+

CHF 49.90 per year for an independent personal emergency profile including one card or keyring. Extra cards and keyrings for the same profile cost CHF 9.90 each as a one-time purchase, with no extra annual profile fee. Additional independent profiles use the existing combined tier; extra products do not count towards it.

How do helpers open the emergency contact?+

Tap the card via NFC with a compatible smartphone or scan the QR code on the back using the camera. The link opens the emergency details you have chosen to share; no TierDa app is required.

What do helpers see after scanning?+

Only the details you choose to share, such as the notice about pets at home, pet information and an emergency contact. Your home address stays private by default.

Where do I set up the emergency profile?+

In the TierDa protection portal tierda.me, where you manage the profile, activation and sharing. It requires a separate login. Your tierda.shop account is only for orders and shop matters.
